Job Overview

In the business consultant role, you will assist clients to address operational inefficiencies and identify possible solutions to outstanding problem areas. You will identify and draw insights using internal and external data to help innovate processes or offerings. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to accurately identify significant problem areas and provide actionable solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Analyze and evaluate clients’ requirements and business goals.
Perform comprehensive data analysis to uncover operational inefficiencies, weaknesses, complications, and problems.
Formulate, recommend, and execute business strategies in line with company goals.
Present findings, conclusions, and recommendations to peers and clients.
Assist with the implementation of recommended changes.
Monitor implementation of strategies and engage with clients for feedback.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial technology sector.
Strong proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Great presentation and public speaking skills.
Analytical, with strong attention to detail.
Highly organized.
Industry expertise in assigned sector.
